HELLO BLOG
Hi all. So one of my coworkers told me, "You need to start a blog." Well, I have started SEVERAL blogs in the past, and just kind of got side tracked on them and did not keep up. So here we go again.
Not much happening in my world. Just sitting here knowing I need to get ready for bed, just not quite ready to give up.
Not sure what it is, but there just seems to be something missing in my life. I think I miss having kids around. My youngest got married almost a year ago, and it still does not feel quite right. I know this is probably normal, but I don't like it. I do have a hobby, I sew part time, and make a few extra scoobies doing so. The hubs and I go camping at a state park near where we live once a month, and they also have a "trade days" where vendors set up booths and sell their handmade items, hand me downs, handouts, whatever you happen to want to sell. Maybe I just feel like I wish I could do something more with my life now that my kids are grown. And they both live so far away.
So I have to find a solution to this. I think a blog is in order. Random thoughts, new ideas, gripes, vents, whatever happens to come accross my mind, that is what I am going to do on here. I consider it sort of therapy. And just maybe it will be read by someone who thinks, Hey, she sounds just like me!!.
